Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
PrAry Soft LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates TrustSignal. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address, name, and optional company name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your full credit card details.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, scan history, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the Service and provide relevant features.
Scan Data
TrustSignal analyzes publicly accessible information about domains you add to the platform. This includes publicly available web pages, security headers, DNS records, and other information accessible without authentication. We do not access login-protected areas, private databases, or internal systems.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process transactions and send billing notifications; (c) send product updates and security alerts; (d) improve the Service through usage analytics; (e) respond to support requests; (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, password hashing with bcrypt, rate limiting, and regular security reviews. Scan results, signals, and alerts are private to your team unless you explicitly publish them via the Trust Page feature.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only in the following circumstances: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements; (c) when required by law, court order, or government request; (d) to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. Trust Page (Public Data)
If you enable the Public Trust Page feature, certain aggregated trust data — including your Trust Readiness Score, verified indicators count, and category coverage — will be publicly accessible. Internal data such as specific signals, alerts, team information, and scan details are never included on the public page.
7. Cookies & Tracking
TrustSignal uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage to store your theme preference and authentication token. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form and is not linked to individual users.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scan history and signals are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) object to certain processing; (f) withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trustsignal.tech.
10. International Data Transfers
TrustSignal is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Children's Privacy
TrustSignal is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
