Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrustSignal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrustSignal is a trust intelligence platform that monitors publicly available information about companies to generate trust readiness assessments, signal detection, and competitive benchmarking. The Service analyzes only publicly accessible content and does not access login-protected areas, private databases, or internal systems.

3. Account Registration

To use TrustSignal, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TrustSignal only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) use the Service to harm, harass, or interfere with others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering that violates applicable law; (e) resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

TrustSignal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrAry Soft LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of TrustSignal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process only publicly available information for trust analysis. Scan results, signals, and alerts associated with your account are private to your team unless you explicitly publish them via the Trust Page feature.

7. Data Processing Terms

PrAry Soft LLC acts as a data processor when handling information on behalf of your organization. We process data solely for the purposes described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect processed data. We will notify you without undue delay upon becoming aware of a data breach affecting your data. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it. For enterprise customers requiring a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Data Processing Addendum, please contact support@trustsignal.tech.

8. Service Level Agreement

TrustSignal targets 99.9% uptime for all paid plans, measured on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and are excluded from uptime calculations. If the Service fails to meet the uptime commitment in a given month, affected customers on paid plans may request a service credit proportional to the downtime experienced. Service level commitments do not apply to Free plan users. Current system status is available at our public status page.

9. Subscription & Billing

TrustSignal offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrustSignal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any trust assessments, signals, or reports generated by the Service. TrustSignal does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, security audits, or professional advisory services. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional counsel.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrAry Soft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrAry Soft LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) any content or data you provide through the Service; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights. PrAry Soft LLC will indemnify you against third-party claims alleging that the Service infringes their intellectual property rights, provided you give us prompt notice and cooperate in the defense.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
