Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The TrustSignal Free plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information. No refund is applicable for free accounts.

2. Paid Subscriptions

TrustSignal offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise paid plans billed on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account settings.

3. Cancellation Policy

When you cancel a paid subscription, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will revert to the Free plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation. You retain access to your historical scan data on the Free plan, subject to Free plan limitations.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions: (a) If you are charged after a cancellation was confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge. (b) If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a billing period (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a credit calculated as: (downtime hours ÷ total hours in billing period) × monthly fee. (c) Annual plan subscribers may request a refund within the first 30 days, calculated as: (remaining full months ÷ 12) × annual price. Partial months are not refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@trustsignal.tech with your account email, the billing period in question, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; the charge for the remainder of the current billing period is calculated as: (remaining days ÷ total days in period) × (new plan price − current plan price). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference when downgrading mid-cycle, but you retain access to the higher-tier features for the remainder of the period.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@trustsignal.tech before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
