Uptime Commitment

TrustSignal commits to 99.9% monthly uptime for all paid plans. Uptime is measured as (total minutes − unplanned downtime) ÷ total minutes in the month. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and excluded from the calculation. SLA credits of 10% per 0.1% below 99.5% are applied to the next billing cycle. Incident Reporting

In the event of a service disruption, we will update this page and notify affected customers via email. Post-incident reports are provided for any outage exceeding 30 minutes.
